Due to the busy lifestyle we grow into, a growing need for on-demand services emerges, a problem many people in Nigerian cities are experiencing. For a couple of years, there was no ultimate solution. In late 2021 we believed Usearch had to pivot from a business listing platform to on-demand services.

It is very challenging to look for a plumber, carpenter, or electrician when you need them, while these service providers have no guarantee of service quality and specific price. Also, some people find it difficult to trust strangers coming to their houses.

We recognized the challenges. So, we decided to create a platform that connects customers with vetted and reliable service providers, with 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

We started in Kano city with a focus on Men’s Care, which include Nail Trimming and Haircut home service, Handyman services, electrician services, plumbing services, home cleaning, and beauty services.

We understood the importance of having skilled and reliable service providers, so we implemented a strict screening process to ensure that all providers met our high standards. As we grow, we plan to expand our services to include more categories and open more offices in Nigerian Cities.

On February 18, 2023. Usearch is proud to serve 578 customers in Kano alone, with over 1,391 bookings.
